MV Trucking’s story began in 2006 when Don and Bonnie McKee founded McKee Vacuum Truck Services with a single vacuum truck serving the Peace Region. Driven by Don’s hard work and dedication, the company steadily expanded its fleet and reputation for dependable service.
In 2011, Don broadened the business by acquiring Chetwynd Fresh Water, which included one potable water truck and a shop facility. Under his leadership, this new division grew alongside the vac truck operations, further strengthening the company’s capabilities.
Don successfully operated and expanded both divisions until his retirement in 2019, when ownership transitioned to his daughter and son-in-law, Hallie and Shawn Mosher.
Hallie and Shawn rebranded the company as MV Trucking, ushering in a new era of growth and innovation. Within just two years, they more than doubled the company’s size and relocated to a larger facility to support the expanding operation. Their leadership brought a broader range of services and a renewed commitment to excellence.
Today, MV Trucking remains a proud, locally owned, family-run business—trusted across the Peace Region for its reliability, forward-thinking approach, and unwavering customer service.
